We are looking for the strategic person who will join our team as the architect for the financial side of the business. TradingView is the first social network for traders with 1M monthly audience that includes a full-blown financial platform in the browser. The community of investors and traders sharing ideas about the market worldwide, including stocks, futures, forex, bitcoin, etc. TradingView has organic growth of 10 % month-over-month. The company raised USD 3,6M in July 2015 from iTech Capital, Techstars and various angel investors and is going to become a new standard of financial data presentation, exploration and trading in coming years.
Key responsibilities: • Develop and implement company-wide financial reporting standards and systems, (including departure from cash based to accrual based accounting methodology in management reporting) and evaluate moving from cash based accounting to accrual based accounting methodologies. • Develop budgeting and forecasting system (P&L, BS, CF). • Develop comprehensive, timely dashboard-based metrics reporting system • Manage worldwide financial team and processes, ensuring compliance with statutory obligations (US, Russia, Asia coming). • Develop internal control standards and processes. • Source, retain and maintain outside audit and tax relationships. Evaluate and recommend tax optimization strategies considering the multinational nature of the business. • Lead HR and payroll functions. • Work closely on contract management with external legal counsel. • Develop cohesive and cost effective risk management (worker's compensation, liability, D&O and E&O) coverages. • Develop and implement facility plan consistent with the financial/staffing plan of the company. • Develop financial strategies by forecasting operational spending, capital, facilities, and staff requirements. Develop action plans and corrective measures around each key segment by measuring and analyzing results. • Recruit, train and mentor worldwide staff to develop a high performing team. • Partner with key operational leaders to develop key performance indicators and systems to guide management decision making. • Evaluate and recommend long term strategic directional objectives and opportunities to drive shareholder value. • Maintain relationships with investors while identifying and interfacing with potential new investors. Develop models and presentations consistent with the objective of bringing additional capital into the company. • Support Board of Directors meetings and requests • Serve as the partner to the CEO and shareholders in evaluating potential M&A opportunities, perform due diligence and make recommendations to optimize investment outcome. Requirements • MSc Degree in Finance, Economics, International Finance or Business Administration • At least 5 years of experience in finance (Financial Controller, CFO/Deputy CFO) or similar roles (Audit/CorpFin at Big4) • Broad experience in IFRS or US GAAP reporting • ACCA/CPA/CIMA certification is a plus • Experience in raising finance, M&A, project finance is a plus • Strong understanding of RAS tax system and familiarity with US/EU tax principles • Fluent English • Willingness to relocate to Rostov Compensation Package: • Base salary US$ 4-5k (net) • Bonus (based on company performance and personal KPIs)
